(LICENSING) ACT, 1965 for the Buildings being used for public uses like

• College Buildings

• Hospital Buildings

• Hotels

• Marriage hall

• Home

• Hostels

• Shopping Malls

This certifications are being issued in the prescribed format Form A,B,C which is a mandatory requirement for obtaining the Licence Form D from the Office of the District Collector.
